Says TIL Acting CEO, Julius Mapatha, “As a trade promotion and facilitation agency, TIL views optimum utilization of land in serious light. We regard land to be a key strategic asset in attracting and servicing commercial opportunities in relation to local and Foreign Direct Investment (FDI). The availability, ownership and competent use of land is key in agricultural sector and capital infrastructure development – as well as other land dependent industries. We look forward to the seminar contributing to unpacking key policy and business intelligence imperatives; thus creating an enabling environment for investors and landowners.”

Tele Maphoto, Regional Land Claims Commissioner Limpopo, says of the seminar: ‘We would like to see the seminar coming with interventions which will ensure that land restitution projects are sustainable and contribute to broader rural development objectives of government.’
